Speeding

Speeding is an absolute liability offense. There is no excuse, in law to speed. Reasons like there was an emergency, my child had to go to the bathroom or I was late for a very important meeting, on the way to the hospital mean nothing in court. It is a very technical trial that should not be attempted by anyone other than a professional. Demerit points on speeding charges range from 3 points to 6 points.
